Jiang Zhihong is a 44-year-old handicapped man who runs a letting agency in a community in Chongqing. Many tenants are attracted to his business due to his willingness to help those in need.

Jiang has been suffering from muscular dystrophy at the age of nineteen. In 2012, the man lost his ability to walk, and the use of his hands has also been fading away. However, he did not succumb to such tragic adversity.

In the same year, 2012, Jiang started to collect housing information to meet the demand as many migrant laborers moved to the city. At the beginning, he only earned some boxes of milk and 50 yuan ($8) as payment in 2012.

With the business expanding, Jiang's earnings have increased. Now, he can earn 2,000 ($322) yuan a month. Unlike other agencies who receive one month’s rent as a service fee, Jiang only charges 100 yuan for a deal and also helps the tenant to handle some errands.

Jiang is a good man who donates 2,000 yuan to other disabled people every year, and also teaches them to drive motorized wheelchairs.
