Jackie Chan, the most recognized Chinese actor in the world, earne?$61 million?thanks to a burgeoning Chinese movie market.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has ended "Iron Man" Robert Downey Jr.'s reign as the highest paid actor in the world.
Wrestler-turned-actor Johnson ranked No. 11 last year with around $31 million, but this year he more than doubled the 2015 earnings with an estimated $64.5 million, largely thanks to his action comedy "Central Intelligence."
Matt Damon came in third with $55 million due to the success of "The Martian."
Once again the Forbes annual list proved that actresses earned less than actors. Earlier this week, the magazine named "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence the world's highest paid actress for the second straight year, with an estimated 2016 take of $46 million.
