Soccer-playing police thwart teen scheme(China Daily)Updated: 2007-03-20 09:06 Five teenage boys took a taxi from Yau Ma Tai to Chai Wan, Hong Kong, last Thursday, but refused to pay the HK$120 ($15.3) fare, thinking they could easily outrun the 53-year-old cabbie.
