When she resisted, he hit her. He took her handbag and a cell phone, and made good his escape on a bicycle.

The woman reported to police, and they kept calling her cell phone number.

To their surprise, Yu answered three days after the robbery and said the woman "had gone to bed".

The police located Yu's address and arrested him on June 2.

Police investigations revealed that Yu's wife is a senior high school teacher earning a good salary.

She often teaches at a night schools and Yu used to pick her up on his cycle.

He committed most of the robberies while on his way to pick up his wife.
