A vocational school that exposes photos of students' uncivilized activities around campus has recently triggered hot discussions on social media platforms.

A Sina Weibo user posted two pictures on Tuesday that that exposed students' uncivilized behavior on the campus of Shandong Foreign Languages Vocational College in Rizhao, a coastal city of Shandong province. These uncivilized behaviors include smoking, raising pets and lovers kissing each other in public.

The hot topic of the online discussions is whether lovers kissing each other on campus should be regarded as uncivilized behavior and be exposed.

Judging from the comments on Sina Weibo, most users think it is not appropriate to expose couples showcasing their love on campus.

However, most people agreed that the school should expose uncivilized behavior like smoking, discarding garbage and raising pets.

The school responded on Thursday that it has been exposing uncivilized behavior among students according to an official notice from the Ministry of Education in September 2015, the official website of Dazhong Daily reported on Friday.

Ma Zhangqin, director of the youth league office of the school, said the official notice shows that schools shall expose uncivilized behavior to create civilized campuses. Ma said the school will continue exposing students' uncivilized behavior on campus.
