BEIJING - Following are the schedules for the third sessions of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) and the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Sunday.

NPC:

-- At 9 a.m., NPC deputies will hold panel discussions about the central and local budgets.

-- At 3 p.m., the NPC will hold a plenary session and Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, will deliver a report on the work of the Standing Committee and Li Jianguo, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, will elaborate a draft revision to the Legislation Law.

-- At 10 a.m., Foreign Minister Wang Yi will give a press conference at the press center of the two sessions.

CPPCC:

-- Members of the 12th CPPCC National Committee will hold panel discussions on the national economic and social development plan and central and local budgets.
