The Asia Arts Festival has become a renowned medium for foreign cultural exchange and the event is marked by growing anticipation, expanding variation in colorful creations and a significant purpose in spreading Asian culture and appreciation.

Among those attending Sunday's event were Chinese Deputy Minister of Culture Ding Wei, Deputy Governor of Fujian province Li Hong, the CPC Municipal Committee of Quanzhou Secretary, Mayor Zheng Xincong, Editor-in-Chief of People's Daily Online Yu Qingchu and Deputy Director of the Bureau for External Cultural Relations with the Ministry of Culture Sun Jianhua.
