Registration for the 2017 "Ocean Cup" China (Pingtan) International Cycling Tournament, to be held on June 11 in Pingtan, Fujian province, opened at 10 am on April 11.

A total of 2,350 cyclists from across the world are expected to take part in this year's race, setting a new record number for a one-day cycling race in China.

The event, which is being held for the fourth consecutive year, has introduced a number of new features for this year's edition.
