Train stewardesses make appearance

Stewardesses on Gansu province's first high-speed railway made an appearance at Lanzhou West Station on Sunday when the operating program for the province was approved, Xinhua News Agency reported on Monday. When the Lanzhou-Xinjiang rail is in full operation, travel time by train from Urumqi to Lanzhou will be slashed to about nine hours from the current 20 hours.
