It is also known as Pagoda Hill, located in the east coast of Liujiang River.

Panlong Hill (Curled-up Dragon Hill)

It is  named for his appearance - it is shaped like a curled-up dragon standing in a row with another two peaks by Liujiang River. Around the Hill a scenic park has been built. The steep yet exquisite Hill main peak is of 197 meters above sea level and is steep and elegant. In the Ming Dynasty(1368-1644), Wang Mansion and Pangu Temple were once built over the hill. Xu Xiake (1587-1641), famous travel writer and geographer of the Ming Dynasty, used to take a tour and much praised for the wonders here.

In the Qing Dynasty(1644-1911), ancient pagodas were once built but later removed. In 1993, in the same place "Wenguang Pagoda" was reconstructed and new "Panlong Pagoda" was built. The two are in hexagonal seven-storey architectural styles. Though different in styles, they are echoing and setting off each other like two swords standing in the sky, contributing to the famous scene of "Panlong Twin Towers".
