The International Miss Tourism event is a global annual competition for tourism, fashion and culture. Since 1949, it has been successfully held in more than 120 countries.
This year, the competition comes to Guizhou province. It will hold a mass selection in Guizhou from November 2014 to February 2015. The final competition will be held in March 2015.
According to the competition's organizing committee, any Chinese girl between 16 to 28 years old, over 165 cm in height with good health and morality, no obvious tattoos, unmarried and not pregnant can apply for this selection.
"Also, she has to be familiar with common sense in tourism and culture of Guizhou province and the whole country," said an official from the organizing committee.
