Since official operations of the Guiyang-Guangzhou route began December 26, the passenger flow has been increasing, requiring more bullet trains.
So far, Guiyuangbei Station only has 11 pairs of bullet trains, and nine of them have been put into operation along the Guiyang-Guangzhou route. "As the passenger flow is increasing, the current nine pairs of trains are overloaded, and we will arrange more trains to run this route," said an official of Guiyangbei Station.
