Zhou Changkui, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), met with Yang Li, vice president of Shanghai International Studies University (SISU), on March 17. They exchanged views on SISU’s internationalization work.
Zhou said that SAFEA will continue to support the talent introduction program of SISU, and that universities should follow global trends in talent recruitment and use their advantages to attract high-level foreign talents to China.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
