Sweet Guy, a television series shot in China and Australia, has begun showing on Shandong Satellite TV since Sept 18.

The 30-episode series, starring actors Tan Kai, Zhang Xiaojun and actress Liu Tingyu as well as Hong Kong veterans Yvonne Yung Hung and Paul Chun, the 30-episode series recounts a bittersweet romance.

In the series, Tong Junming, a tycoon played by Zhang, is closed off and numb to love due to scars from the past. But a kind and warm anchor abruptly comes in his life.

The series was shot in Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Australia over three months. In the sequences shot in Australian, the protagonist does some "crazy" things, including piloting a helicopter to demonstrate his love.
