A fruit farmer from Nanchang, Jiangxi has been forcing his pears into moulds that cause them to grow in the shape of babies and miniature Buddhas, according to the Daily Mail of London. He believes the special shapes are a sure-fire way of getting children to eat fruit, while making him some money in the process. The idea came from an old Chinese fairy tale about a magic fruit in the shape of human infants, which says that whoever eats the magic fruit attains immortality. The special fruit has received a lot of attention at local shops, but few people are buying it as many feel it's too weird.
據(jù)英國(guó)《每日郵報(bào)》報(bào)道，江西南昌的一個(gè)果農(nóng)把梨塞進(jìn)模型，培育出嬰兒和迷你佛陀形狀的"人參梨"。他認(rèn)為這種特別的形狀能吸引孩子吃水果，而且還能讓他賺上一筆。據(jù)悉，這個(gè)想法來(lái)自中國(guó)關(guān)于人參果的古老神話，傳說(shuō)誰(shuí)要是吃了這種神奇的水果就能長(zhǎng)生不老。這種特別的水果在當(dāng)?shù)氐赇佉齺?lái)不少關(guān)注，但買(mǎi)的人卻很少，許多人覺(jué)得這種水果太怪異了。
