Don't take it too seriously. It's just a challenge. If your body is not tolerant to cold water, then quit it. But it doesn't mean IceBucket Challenge is bad. If you can not fit into the paper - well don't take a challenge. Or use a bigger paper - no one will know anyway.

I’ve lived in China for quite a considerable time including my graduate school years, travelled and worked in a few cities and still choose my destination taking into consideration the density of smog or PM2.5 particulate matter in the region.
