綠色制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(lǜsè zhìzào biāozhǔn): Green manufacturing standards
A senior official with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said recently that China is promoting the establishment of standards for green manufacturing.
According to Gao Yunhu, China will formulate a batch of basic and core standards to form a system of standards for green manufacturing by 2020. And by 2025, the green manufacturing standards are planned to encompass products, factories, enterprises, industrial parks and supply chains.
The goal of green manufacturing is to minimize the negative impact on environment of the entire production life cycle of design, manufacturing, packing, transportation, usage and waste disposal.
Manufacturing is the main consumer of resources and energy. Accelerating industry's green transformation and promoting green manufacturing has become the main development direction of "Made in China", and environmental protection is a key part of the government's Made in China 2025 strategy to upgrade the country's manufacturing industry. An effective and effectively enforced system of standards is fundamental to achieve that goal.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will introduce pilot programs to promote green manufacturing and improve the competitiveness of green products.
