The whole school studies in one class at Naliang village of Qiangwei town in Dahua Yao autonomous county, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, on May 17. A total of 29 students, from the nearby Yao neighborhoods, attend the school, located halfway up on a hill. The students spend hours on the road every day, climbing over mountainous areas, some of them setting out before dawn.
