Cyclists from countries including Poland and Denmark gather in Tian’anmen Square on Feb 27, 2012 to kick off a 168-day tour bound for London. Beginning in Beijing, the 12 cyclists are expected to reach their destination on July 27 for the opening ceremony of the London Olympic Games. On the way they will visit Seoul, Tokyo, Los Angeles and Washington in a bid to promote the Olympic spirit.
