Liang, 45, drives the bus with her husband, Song Shiyin, beside her, between Shucheng county and Baishengmiao town. Song was paralyzed from the chest down in 1993 while working on a construction site. In order to help support the family, Liang learned to drive and bought a 15-seat bus, and she has been providing passenger service since 2002.
