The Quju opera "Son of Mountains", designed by an opera troupe from Mianchi county in Sanmenxia, Henan province made an impressive entrance in Beijing on June 23.
Chinese artist Sun Zhengjun put on a photography exhibition under the theme of "Chinese people before the implementation of reform and the opening-up policy" at Place M Gallery in Tokyo from June 18 to 24.
Sanmenxia of Henan province is to further streamline 16 approval items by adjusting intermediary services in order to reduce barriers for enterprises and start-ups and create a better business environment.
A total of 17,407 students, mostly born in 2000, registered for the national college entrance exam, the gaokao, in Sanmenxia, Henan province this year. That's 2,441 more than last year’s figure, according to official data.
