The enteromorpha, a kind of sea grass, has taken over beaches in Qingdao, East China's Shandong province, in the past week.
The accumulating sea grass has formed a kind of barrier between the beach and the water. And some of the dried enteromorpha appear white, making the beach like snowy hills.
