Unusual but true: 'Arsenal exam' tests true love

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has promised a new house to a woman who hit him on the head with a mango.

Maduro, like former President Hugo Chavez, collects petitions on trips. When the former bus driver was in the north-central state of Aragua, someone threw fruit at him hitting his head.

The president later showed the mango on TV during his weekly broadcast. There were words on the fruit which read: "If you can, call me" with a name and phone number.

"I've approved an apartment for you, Marleny, as part of the 'Grand Venezuelan Housing Mission'," Maduro said. He told the audience that the woman was having a problem with her house and when he called her, she was scared and couldn't believe her ears. He also swore that he would eat the mango.

The story has gone viral on the Internet. "If for a mango they give you an apartment, then you know what to do: throw a pineapple!" quipped Dolar Today, a website that quotes the black market for dollars and is hated by Maduro.
