Have fun at this year-ending temple fair in Beijing

Any Beijinger who wants to end 2019 strong, should definitely not miss out on the MIAO Market, a fun-filled temple fair on this weekend in Longfusi, a historical yet hip site on the Chinese capital's cultural scene.

Aiming to bring back the liveliness and glory of the famed Longfusi temple fair, dating back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), event organizer Woodstock of Eating, a youth-oriented city festival brand, teams up more than 50 popular brands, inside and outside of the ancient community, to create a spirited modern temple fair with retro twists for the city's party lovers and foodies.

Aside from enjoying delicacies, unplugged performances, and electronic DJ music, visitors also can meet like-minded people at the youth art mart and the vinyl record fair.

If you go:

11:00-19:00, Dec 28-29. No 95, 1/F, Longfu Dasha, Longfusi Jie, Dongcheng district, Beijing 北京市東城區(qū)隆福寺街95號(hào) 隆福大廈一層
