Taqueria launches summer menu

Taqueria Taco & Tequila bar in Beijing launched a new menu for the summer season.
One highlight is the braised beef tripe with mushrooms, onions, guajillo sauce and beer. Topped with cheese, the dish is served with tortillas and pickles.
The Argentinian ribeye is the must-try. The ribeye steak is char grilled under perfect timing to be tender inside and crispy outside and it matches well with the fresh chimichurri sauce.
The folded white corn tortillas can be filled with different choices of meat or cheese and topped with melted cheese, fresh tomato salsa, onion and jalapeno pepper slices.
