簡(jiǎn)介：3月10日，人力資源和社會(huì)保障部部長(zhǎng)尹蔚民在記者會(huì)上表示，希望今年制定出漸進(jìn)式延遲退休方案，明年報(bào)經(jīng)中央同意后公開征求意見，后年推出。方案將漸進(jìn)到位，每年只會(huì)延長(zhǎng)幾個(gè)月的退休年齡，經(jīng)過(guò)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間達(dá)到法定退休年齡。方案推出后，至少五年以后才會(huì)實(shí)施。

The delay in retirement will likely result in a number of elderly people, who are often not good at learning and accepting new things, occupying positions. I don't approve of the retirement age delay as it cannot be applied to all jobs. People of 50 or more are unfit to do physical work, for instance sanitation workers, stevedores and transport workers. The retirement age delay will cause the greatest damage to them.
