Mingyue Mountain Airport to open next year

Yichun Mingyue Mountain Airport will go into operation during the upcoming 2013 Spring Festival. as announced by Jiangxi Airport Group. It plans to operate air routes to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou during the initial stage.

The airport is built in accordance with 4C standards, covering 7,160 square meters to accommodate 3 C class aircrafts take off and landing requirements.

Its completion will fill in the blank of Northwest airports, and promote economic developments of Yichun. Meanwhile, it would upgrade the distribution of the Jiangxi air transport network, and improve the provincial network system.
