Extravagant 'Sea Palace' sued for illegal sea use

An extravagant European-style villa, called "Sea Palace," is seen on the surface of Dongshan Bay of Nanao Town, Shenzhan. The villa has been enlarged several times during the past six years at a cost of nearly 100 million yuan.
