"With digital empowerment, our work efficiency has been significantly improved, internal management has become leaner, and power customers have also received more efficient power supply services," said Xie Yi, a staff member of Longyuan Power Supply Station of State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company, on Oct 29.

Since the beginning of this year, State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company has fully implemented the creation of a demonstration digital power supply station, relying on the "intensive management and control platform" to achieve multi-professional data aggregation, online one-screen overview and achieve full-factor information integration, full-business decision-making assistance, and full-scene three-dimensional display, to promote the digital transformation of power.

"Using RPA robots to carry out full data recall work for low-voltage users and special public transformers, only one operation instruction is needed to automatically call and collect information, which is really efficient," Xie added. Using the process automation robot to complete 113 data recalls in 10 minutes, the deep integration of digital systems and actual business further improves the quality and efficiency of power supply station business handling, while improving the satisfaction of power customers, it also benefits the power supply station a lot.

Since the establishment of the digital power supply station, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company has conscientiously implemented the requirements of the "digital" power supply station construction in the new era development strategy of the State Grid Corporation. Relying on various data analysis and decision support system platforms, data visualization and intelligent decision-making help improve the power grid management and control capabilities and customer service capabilities. Comprehensively deepen the use of intensive management and control platforms to promote the application of RPA robot tools. Through the intensive management and control platform, one account can be logged in to different systems, and the "mobile phone + back clip" and Henan Electric Assistant working modes can be realized in on-site operations, effectively solving the problem of multiple terminals for grassroots staff. Establishing a work order-driven business model and expanding the application scope of recorders realizes full data monitoring and analysis of power supply stations and the distribution of full work orders. It has achieved multi-channel integration of customer services and continuously improved the level of accurate, convenient and intelligent electricity services.
