身邊有不少朋友,平時(shí)上下班工作忙,沒時(shí)間做飯。周末做好吃的犒勞自己的時(shí)候,一次做一大鍋,吃不了的就留在接下來的日子里每天加點(diǎn)料煮來吃。這種經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠的“大鍋飯”就叫做plan-overs。

Plan-overs refer to an excess of food cooked so that there are leftovers that can be used for future meals.
Plan-over指做飯時(shí)多做一些,這樣下次做飯的時(shí)候把這次剩下的加工一下就可以了,譯為“預(yù)謀剩飯”。
Left-overs will not represent waste and planned-overs or portions of food cooked in advance will save hours in the kitchen.
這樣,剩飯就不代表浪費(fèi)了,而提前多留出來的飯又能節(jié)省不少烹飪的時(shí)間。
